Data such as customer's name, appointment, and contact details can be customized and added to your CRM in part or in full. All approved data sets are automatically sent to your CRM database. After that it's business as usual: you manage your CRM as you were.
The data that we send to your CRM will depend on what your customer chose to share with you while on Oktium call.
Email, phone number, and complete address require permission from the user. All other information will be sent automatically to your CRM databases.
