Once the call is accepted, the customer can see and hear you.
You can’t see the customer at the beginning of the call because it’s his/her choice to be seen. Instruct the customer to tap their screen.
The camera symbol will appear on the bottom of their screen. Instruct them to tap that to turn the camera on.
Just so you know, the icon looks like this.
Being seen by the customer is NOT optional for you. Your camera turns on when you accept the call.

Camera Icon - use it to change the front camera to back camera.
Microphone Icon - use it to mute your microphone.
Bag Icon - use it to check out customer and fill in the product detail.
Letter Icon - use it to request customer's email.
Phone Icon - use it to request the customer's phone number.
Calendar Icon - use it to set up an appointment with the customer.
Human Icon - use it to request customer's sign up (registration or login).
