This feature enables you to request the customer’s mailing (shipping) address. They may choose to accept the request or decline sharing. If the customer entered the address prior to making the call, they can share it with you with one tap.
If the customer did not have the address entered prior to the call, they can enter it during the call upon your request.
In order to make the request, simply tap on the Address icon.
