With the Direct Call feature, customers are not required to register before they call you. But you may choose to require registration prior to the call.

Pros and cons of the registration requirement
If the customer is registered before video calling you the information sharing becomes quick and easy: one tap for you to ask, one tap for them to share. Besides, a registered customer is a better quality lead.
On the other hand, there may be a fair number of committed customers who simply do not want to register. Bearing that in mind you may think twice before requiring registration as you may miss some business that way.
