Oktium 4B notifications are not showing up

In case of Oktium 4B notifications not showing, it's problem that needs to be fixed. But don't worry, solutions exist. 

Availability 
Check availability on your Oktium 4B account.

Opening hours
If the customer is calling outside of your working hours, the notifications will not show up.

Notifications are ...on? 
In the iPhone settings you will find a Oktium 4B app section. Check if receiving notifications for Oktium 4B are on. If not, please turn it on. 

 Do not disturb mode
Using the Do Not Disturb mode on your phone unfortunately makes the Oktium notifications invisible. So please turn off this mode.
